Should be Highly competent with in-depth experience of writing SQL and Stored Procedures, triggers, tables
Must have good written and spoken English with the ability to interact clearly and effectively with both business partners and your team members
Experience in using SOA / Java ,EAI patterns
Strong open architecture expertise using EAI,SOA and any open source framework like (Struts, Hibernate, Spring) is mandatory
Knowledge of Oracle Jdeveloper, Eclipse or other similar development environments needed.
XML technologies (Webservices, XML, XSLT) experience is good
Minimum 1 year experience developing enterprise applications using Adobe Flex and ActionScript
